Shipping policy

We ship from Melbourne, Australia on stocked items and have partnered with Sendle for all Domestic and International order. Pre-order goods may require min 2-3 weeks for delivery unless specified otherwise. 

Please allow 2-3 business days on stocked items (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. With additional 7-10 days for delivery through our freight partner.

*Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 days of arrival of stock. Update email will be issued once item has been dispatched. Please allow min 2-3 weeks on all pre-ordered goods unless specified. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

We review and ensure you have provided the correct address and contact information prior to checkout. We are not responsible for non delivery due to errors in address provided.
